The best guidance to investment

Now more than ever, online stock trading has become easy and accessible to beginners in the field. Online information and short courses on how to trade online are being offered by some of the most reliable sources for stock investment.

The best way to learn online stock trading is getting a good and reputable stock market investing guide. For this, you’ll need to sign up with an online trading firm. There are many online firms that offer free account registration. What matters is that you won’t be left on your own, once you’ve started. Here are some tips to picking a reliable stock trading site as your stock market investing guide:

Trustworthy online trading firm should not only instruct you the tools of the trade tips, but it should also be your online stock market investing guide.

Any online trading firm would want to have you sign up with them because it is profitable for them that you do. But there are many fraudulent online firms that would not hesitate at taking advantage of your investments. One of the most common schemes these fraudulent sites would try is the “Pump and Dump” scheme. They’ll hype and inflate prices of stocks and then dump these on investors who have no idea what they’re getting into. So be careful when choosing which online trading firm you would want as your stock market investing guide.

There are a lot of online trading firms that cater to individual non-professional stock traders who want that hands-on approach in dealing with their investments. A great stock market investing guide is one who can show you not only the tools of the trade, but how you can keep track of your stock tips investments, as well.

Strategic tips and guideline for trading option

There are a lot of ways for trading options, most of them very useful, but we would like to begin with basic and proper strategy that that can be useful , easy to imitate, and easy to implement.

There are some rules which is very useful and important.if you follow these rules than you will be success in your trading.

Time is the important
If the underlying stock does not perform as expected, the option should to be sold on or before a specific pre-set target date. That would mean a loss if there has been no gain at all in the price of the stock future and maybe a loss even if it has gained, those possibilities should become clearer as we identify the guidelines later. Reference will be made below to a pre-set “sell by” date.

Loss and gain
With most options, the maximum dollar loss that can occur is the fixed amount of the purchase price paid, whether the option position cost $500 or $5000, that is the most that can be lost if the option is held until the expiration date when it automatically becomes worthless. But the guidelines below establish a fixed date prior to the expiration date of the option, which may allow a smaller loss.

The right stock for the right time
In the same way that any other stock purchase is made, the choice of stock to trade should be made after what is usually termed as “due diligence”, appropriate research in checking out the attributes and prospects of any selected list of stocks market . Whether after a short or long appraisal, or for whatever reason, we must assume that a promising candidate has been chosen to make a trade in options using the simple strategy outlined here.

Buying a Call, guidelines for a simple option trade:
Avoiding the option strategies of highest risk, the suggested guidelines for a basic call option trade establishes specifics for the strike price and term as follows:
